winter journey to Atlas Mountains - [four for Morocco]
Has anybody gone to Atlas Mountains, in Morocco, as an independent traveler? Would it be safe? We are four friends (male) party. We'd like to get hints and directions, advise welcome. We mean to go after Christmas holidays, if we find more persons willing to partecipate we might even rent a small bus and, if indespensable, a local guide...

Hey you guys,
I am planning a trip to the atlas in dec or jan, doing it solo at the moment although am very interested also in finding anyone interested in joining me, not to many have responded well, not very adventusome. I am a moderatly experienced climber from alaska(8 years of alaska alpine experience), what are your guys agenda, how long are you going to be there? anyway I will be in the middle east for 6 months starting dec 2, let me know guys.
